I know sometimes getting started is hard - or getting started is easy and staying the course is the real problem. Write AnyWay! is my answer to the wall wherever it suddenly shows up! Our monthly prompts are here to help you keep the flow when the muse is on the go!
For March, it's a simple ask -
Post one original sentence a day—something you’re working on, something you notice, a line that arrives out of nowhere. Short is fine. Strange is fine.
Begin where you are.
Then choose what you want to do with it:
Build on your own sentence through the month (a thread of daily lines).
Post standalones—one sentence, complete in itself.
Pick up someone else’s sentence and add to it (with a nod to the original writer).
Collaborate—two or more voices, one unfolding piece.
You don’t have to post every day. But when you do post, read a few others and leave a word or two in return. That’s how momentum turns into community.
Let’s start. Post your first sentence below.
Magdalen
